WinPop 2.5 is a Population Genetics software developed first with Visual Basic 3.0 and then translated to the more modern Visual Basic 6.0. Because of that WinPop is only available for Windows, but a Linux and even Mac versions are planned. Version 1.0 was published in this paper and it is not distributed anymore. Version 2.5 was published in 2005 in Briefings in Bioinformatics.
