Frequency Dependent Selection

On the main menu choose Selection and then Frequency dep. Selection

Follow the steps to start the representation. The fitness of each genotype are dependent on the frequency of the genotype. The level of dependence is based on the value t (between 0 and 1) , which should be the first one to be entered (notice that the fitness coefficient boxes are grey, that's because these values are determined and fluctuate depending on the genotype frequencies .and t). Then enter genotype frequencies of AA and Aa, set the number of generations and click OK. The population points will be plotted inside the triangular coordinates with two points for each generation: one pre-selection (blue) and one post-selection (red), similar to the picture below.

To check the allele and genotypic frequencies in a classic Cartesian graphic simply click Generate Cart. Graph, and a window like the next picture is shown.
